Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. (ARN) If returning an order was shipped in error, please have the UPC serial number available, order number and if applicable your customer number at the time of your call. We are available 5 days a week 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. EST at Customer Service | Sales: 1.470.900.4345.
Beverage Returns
Beverages are (not) eligible for return or exchange. Many of our core products are available in variety sample case packs. We recommend these sample packs when trying new selections and/or considering new product distribution. Or contact your sales representative.
Gift Products Returns
Gift product shipped to you from absoluteteacompany.com as a gift may be returned* for a credit to the original form of payment or exchanged for product of equal value. The return shipping charge is your responsibility. Your credit will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of your return and will post to the credit card used to make the purchase.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping a gift item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. *Refund checks are not issued for gift returns, shipping is non-refundable.

If for any reason that you are not satisfied with your gift purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase to the address above.

Please include your name, address, the reason for the return and the order information.

Please return the item in the box that it was sent in, or a similar box, so the gift does not get damaged in shipping. Envelopes will not adequately protect the gift in and/or during the returned shipping process.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this time period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
LATE OR MISSING GIFT REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NOTE: SALE GIFT ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We ship to the U.S. and Canada for all products, we can ship to the outside the continental U.S. We also offer free shipping in the U.S. for non-commercial wholesale customer's account. Potential online customers outside of our DSD Region | Zones for any orders over $200 before taxes we offer free shipping within the Continental U.S. to commercial customer accounts.
Please note that we cannot accommodate shipping address changes. Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
To our wholesale customer we want your customers to love our products. If they aren’t working for you, we offer exchanges and a full return within 30 days of purchase. (See our policy for additional details)
