DOES ORGANIC TEA TASTE GOOD?We absolutely maintain our organic tea and ingredients provide a real tea taste experience from the first sip to the last drop; because we source the finest quality of organic ingredients then fresh brewed in small batches to assure a full-bodied flavor with the real taste of tea, lemonade and juice. If it's (not) absolutely organic, it's (not) brewed into our recipe, it's our mission to ensure our sourcing of real organic ingredients is of premium quality. For example, all of our tea and lemonade products in the portfolio are certified organic, meaning they are made with ingredients grown without unauthorized commercial chemical and pesticides, fertilizers, genetically modified organism and irradiation. This makes us different and we also hope you embrace the difference, too!

DOES ABSOLUTE TEA & CO. USE ORGANIC INGREDIENTS?Every product in our organic portfolio is made with USDA certified organic ingredients, meaning they are grown without unauthorized commercial chemicals and pesticides or fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms and irradiation.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY GMOs?Our beverages do not contain GMOs. and processed Gluten-Free, too. As part of our organic certification, genetically modified organisms are not allowed in our ingredients. In other words, there is (no) bioengineered version of an ingredient(s) in our beverages, simply put . . . “we don't use it."

DOES YOUR BEVERAGES HAVE GLUTEN OR USE FOODS WHICH ARE COMMON ALLERGENS?None of our beverages have any gluten-containing ingredients; in fact, all of our beverages are free from any allergens - soy, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, eggs, and gluten. Moreover our beverages are also produced on allergen-free equipment.

WHY DON’T YOU SELL YOUR BOTTLED TEA, LEMONADE & JUICE IN GLASS?Our bottled beverages are produced and sold in 16 oz. and 10 oz. clear (PET) Beverage Bottles: one of the reason we do not use glass is due to high potential of breakage during the delivery cycle to shelf; in addition glass currently drive a higher production cost and whereas plastic bottles hold production, delivery breakage and shipping cost down. Therefore we can pass on the saving down to our customers. Our plastic-bottled beverages are recyclable and can be sold in grocery and convenience stores alike and our 3 liter (two-pack) boxed containers sold in food service outlets. The teas and lemonades offered in each line are unique and do not overlap. Our Muscadine Grape Juice comes only in a 10 oz. (PET) recycle bottle. Additional juice package sizes are coming soon.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FAVORITE VARIETY?To keep our brand fresh and interesting, we continue to introduce innovative products. Unfortunately, this means we also have to re-evaluate and (sometimes sadly) discontinue some varieties. DOES ABSOLUTE TEA, LEMONADE & JUICE FIT BOTH THE RETAIL AND FOOD SERVICE CHANNELS?Our Absolute better-for-you brands are freshly brewed iced teas and are made specifically for our retail and food service partners. Our beverages are handcrafted and produced in small batches to assure a full-bodied flavor and the real tea, lemonade and juice taste, from the first sip to that last drop.

IF I CAN'T FIND MY FAVORITE VARIETY ON STORE SHELVES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?Definitely ask your local store manager to stock your favorite flavor if they aren't already. You can also reach out via our website! We're here to help. You can download a copy of our product | flavor store request form to give to your local retailer encouraging the store to reach out and request to carry any of our ABS Tea & Juice products.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ODER?In most cases, we are not able to cancel or change orders after they are placed through this website. The process of fulfillment begins soon after an order is placed, which leaves virtually no window for editing or canceling an order. Contact Customer Service | Sales at (470) 900-4345 immediately after placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate these requests.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?We want you to be satisfied with your order we will gladly exchange or refund any item(s) that has (not) been open and/or damaged by third party shipment companies. If your product was received damaged and/or your order was not processed correctly you must contact the company regarding the damaged or wrong product. Please refer to our Return policy for more details, listed below under terms and condition section.

THE PROMOTION CODE OR OTHER COUPON DID NOT WORK, WHY?Promotional coupon codes may not be valid towards sale items. The coupon code may be case sensitive and may not work if they are copied and pasted. We make no guarantee on any offers/coupons made by others on their (e.g. third-party) websites. If, you order product from a 3rd party website (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, or an online ecommerce site) you will need to contact that business directly to address the issue. We have no control over their promotional offerings.

CAN I GET AN ORDER EXPEDITED?Yes you can. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for rates. NOTE: Typically, orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days that is also contingent upon if the product of choice is in inventory, at the time your order is placed. Orders that are requested to be shipped next day must be placed by 12 PM ET (Noon PT) in order to be shipped next day. In addition, UPS typically do not deliver Absolute Tea & Co. product orders on Saturday or Sundays.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?We currently have work with some international websites and we are also in a current conversation to partner with Bongo International to facilitate international shipments where necessary. WHY DO YOU REQUEST MY SECURITY CODE FROM MY CREDIT CARD?It is an extra step required by banks and credit card companies to insure the security of their and our customers.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?A catalog is work in progress. (Development stage) Currently, we use our website as our catalog. However, we do have sell sheets, pricing sheets, promotional calendars and retail and food service brochures to communicate within each of the respective channels to create brand awareness.

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS / GIFT CERTIFICATES?Not at this time.

CAN I TRY A SAMPLE OF PRODUCTS?Samples are contingent upon what is in inventory at the time; however, from time-to-time we like to surprise our customers by adding a free surprise product sample with every online order. (Again contingent on inventory availability) By the way we do offer free samples during scheduled instore promotional sampling events among our retailers and food service operators.

CAN I CREATE MY OWN SAMPLERS BY USING THE TEAS, LEMONADE & JUICE I WANT?No, we do not customize orders. Our packaging comes in straight case packs and our pre-case variety packed bottles only. Our variety packed is packaged with our most popular blends.

CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE TO THE GIFT RECIPENT WITH MY ORDER?Yes, we do offer one complimentary gift note per order. The message must be included during the order process either online or over the phone. Online, the message field is located in the shipping tab. A note to the gift recipient (cannot) be added after the order has been confirmed and processed.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY CHECK AND/OR BY MONEY ORDER THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?No. We do not accept checks or money orders for purchases on our website.
