Shipping Policy

Once you place your order with ABS TEA & CO. we realize you are anxiously waiting the moment when you can sip and savor our premium organic ice teas. So we do everything we can get your order shipped out promptly.

Most Orders Placed by 12pm ship the next business day. 

Our shipping fee for most Tea orders is a flat $5.99 (excluding gift accessories) and FREE for orders over $75 within the Continental U.S.  Most orders placed by 12 PM EST are shipped the next business day, if the product is in current inventory. (weekends and holidays excluded). Orders received after 12PM ship within 48 hours (2-business days) however, we will work diligently to get your order out the next business day. 

Since we are centrally located in the Southeast US, our ship time is slightly quicker than going from coast to coast, contingent upon the postman of course . . .  typically you can expect to receive your order in 5-to-7 business days from the ship date. Not to worry, we'll keep you up to date as your order is processing, as well as tracking info once your order has shipped via email and/or text message.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We happily ship to Canada! Orders typically ship the next business day Monday-thru-Friday. The transit time depends on the transfer from USPS to Canadian Post. We ship primarily via USPS to Canadian Post to avoid additional taxes or duties incurred by the carrier. This shipping method requires additional transit time (could be up to 30 days). We are happy to ship via UPS International that will arrive sooner (typically within 8 days), but additional taxes or duties will be due upon delivery by the carrier. 

Wholesale | Canada Market

Free Standard Shipping is offered on Canada orders over $200. (Wholesale Customers) We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, expect 5-10 days to deliver.  Note: All Prices are in US dollars. 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship orders to select countries using Priority Mail International or UPS Select. Deliveries outside the United States typically arrive within 7-30 business days. Shipping rates are automatically calculated in checkout based on weight and distance. Additional taxes or duties may be due upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We have assigned HTS codes to our products to help estimate and hopefully alleviate any duties that may be applied upon receipt in your country. Thank you for being our customer! The ABS TEA & CO. Domestic Shipping Policy

Due to shipping delays with COVID-19 and increased demand, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. 

• Domestic orders with subtotals of $41.99 and under will have a flat rate shipping of $5.99.

• Domestic orders with subtotals between $41.99 and $74.99 will have a flat rate shipping of $4.99.

• All domestic orders over $75 qualify for the free ground shipping.

Once your order has been fulfilled in our warehouse, you will receive an email with information on how to track your package. We always choose the most inexpensive shipping option for your convenience. This means that most of our orders are processed through USPS, while larger or more valuable items may be shipped through UPS.

**Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. ** 

If you would prefer that your order be sent via UPS rather than USPS, please contact customer service | sales directly and we would be happy to arrange that for you.

Shipping via Military Mail (APO/FPO/DPO)

We will ship to any military or diplomatic address (APO, FPO, DPO). If you choose this option, we request that you write out the complete address with any additional relevant information.
